While the majority of our land financing is arranged for a residential development, we also have the capability to finance land for commercial, retail and industrial development and acquisition purposes.

We typically provide short-term loans (usually 12-18 months) that act as a bridge so you can either get through the planning process and begin construction, or sell your project to realize the value that you’ve already added. Do you need financing for a low-density development site? Vector Financial also offers letters of credit and funding for development charges to move your project into the construction phase.
